Peer Mentoring
The Braga Youth Center is looking for an intern for Peer Mentoring.
The Braga Youth Centre - an action unit of InvestBraga, E.M. - has been awarded the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Quality Label, making it one of only 8 organizations in the municipality of Braga accredited with this label.
This CES quality seal allows certified organizations to carry out solidarity activities in accordance with CES principles, objectives and quality standards, and this seal is a prerequisite for participation in volunteer activities.
One of these activities is “Peer Mentoring”, which falls within the context of inclusion and is based on peer learning and intercultural learning, using non-formal and informal education. In other words, in this activity volunteers will have the opportunity to share their experience with other young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.
