Pius XII Museum
Founded by Canon Luciano Afonso dos Santos in 1957, the Pio XII Museum displays one of the most relevant collections of archaeology and sacred art in northern Portugal.
The museum is divided into three sections: the Pius XII Museum, the Henrique Medina Gallery and the Medieval Tower with its late baroque style. These places can be visited individually or as a whole, and if you visit all three at the same time, the price is worth it.
The Pius XII Museum holds 50 paintings and 20 drawings. A visit to the Medieval Tower known as "Nossa Senhora da Torre", where along its 5 floors the history of the city of Braga is narrated and commented.
The guided tour to the Pius XII Museum, by appointment, is adapted to the public and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Braga Youth Centre
Located a few minutes walking from the Historic Centre of the city, Braga's Youth Centre is a multipurpose space that offers versatile and confortable accommodations, suitable for every age group.
