Church of the Third Order of Saint Francis
The Church of the Third Order of Saint Francis, located in the parish of São José São Lázaro, dates back to the year 1690, having been built with the help of the charity donations of the worshippers.
It presents a baroque style where we can observe the image of Our Lay of the Conception in the church's façade. The main chapel is covered with tile panels by Nicolau Freitas and the altars are covered with gilded carved woodwork.
It has been considered a Property of Public Interest since 2012.
