Study Visit “Lithuania to Portugal, 2025: Youth work policy in Portugal”
On 8 October 2025, the Braga Youth Centre hosted the Study Visit “Lithuania to Portugal, 2025: Youth work policy in Portugal”, promoted by the National Agency Erasmus+ Youth/Sport and European Solidarity Corps, in cooperation with the Lithuanian National Agency – Jaunimo reikalų agentūra (JRA).
This visit, part of the Training and Cooperation Plan, was attended by 23 representatives from the Lithuanian youth sector, who had the opportunity to learn about the practices, projects and methodologies developed at our centre.
The programme included:
- An institutional presentation on the history, pillars and values of the Braga Youth Centre;
- The sharing of good practices and examples of work with young people at local and European level;
- A guided tour of the facilities;
- And a final coffee break and social gathering, which enabled the exchange of experiences and the creation of future synergies.
This initiative reinforces the role of the Braga Youth Centre as a reference point for promoting youth participation, European cooperation and the development of innovative policies and practices in the field of Youth Work.
